How do I create an account?
Download the Woow app from your device's app store, open it, and tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account". You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. Follow the verification steps to complete your registration.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
How do I watch content on Woow?
Browse the home feed to discover content, or use the search function to find specific creators or topics. Tap on any video or audio content to start playing. You can also follow creators to see their latest content in your feed.
Can I download content for offline viewing?
Currently, Woow supports offline caching for some content. Look for the download icon next to videos or audio files. Downloaded content will be available in your offline library for viewing without an internet connection.
How do I report inappropriate content?
While viewing content, tap the three dots menu and select "Report". Choose the reason for your report and provide additional details if needed. Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile settings, scroll down to "Account Management", and select "Delete Account". You'll need to confirm your password and acknowledge that this action is permanent. All your data will be permanently deleted.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data, and we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I change my profile information?
Go to your profile page and tap the edit icon. You can update your display name, profile picture, bio, and other information. Changes are saved automatically when you tap "Save".
